Scope
These terms cover use of the DataStratai website. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement that takes precedence over anything published here.
Information on this site
Content is provided for general information about our services. Dashboards, metrics, case examples and article outlines shown on this website are illustrative and do not represent real client data, results or published research.
Pricing
Final pricing depends on data volume, integrations, complexity and reporting requirements. Custom projects are quoted after an initial assessment.
Scope of services
Plans define an agreed scope of work rather than unlimited analysis. Work beyond the agreed scope — additional data sources, models, integrations or sessions — is quoted separately.
Intellectual property
The DataStratai name, wordmark and website content belong to DataStratai. Deliverables produced during a client engagement — dashboards, data models and documentation — belong to the client as set out in the engagement agreement.
